History,Romance and Wine in the Surrey Hills
The walk starts at the historic town of Gomshall. This land was once owned by a king and it has historic connections to London.
The walk leads through Tillingbourne Valley, the idyllic village of Shere and Albury Park. As we arrive you might have a déjà vu feeling as Shere village and Abury Park were both used as a location for romantic comedies. We will visit their churches and learn about their fascinating history and connection to London and Windsor.
Before we head back to Gomshall we will stop for a short wine tasting at Albury vineyard.
If you are peckish at the end of the day, why not have a meal at Gomshall Mill ?
What is included ?
Tasting of 4 wines at Albury vineyard
