An Elizabethan spy story – A walk through Greenwich and Deptford

Join us on this lovely walk and learn about one of history’s mysteries, the murder of the Elizabethan playwright Christopher Marlowe.

The walk starts at Mudchute DLR station , from there we will walk to find the spiritual centre of the British Empire , continue through Greenwich and learn about life at court during the reign of Elizabeth I , go for a picture hunt at the Queen’s Gallery and then walk to the murder scene. The walk ends at Deptford Strand.

What is included? A lovely walk, a picture hunt at the Queen’s Gallery, mulled wine and a slice of Jamaican rum cake
