A Landscape Garden & Picnic at a Bridgerton film location

Join us this stunning guided walk through one of England’s hidden gems, Painshill Park created by created by Charles Hamilton in the 18th Century.  The park is regarded as Britain’s’ “greatest contribution to the visual arts”.

The walk starts at Cobham, along river Mole and through the lovely village before arriving to the landscape garden. The park is full of surprises, and It is one of the foremost and finest examples of the English Landscape Movement.  Through the guided walk you will learn about the history of the garden, discover a crystal grotto and a hermit’s hut.

Did you know that the picnic scene in Bridgerton was filmed here? Painshill Park is one of the places where members of the ton would gather to show off their new relationships and was another great place to share some major gossip. Why not have a picnic and a glass of prosecco at the same spot ?

The walk is approximately 7 miles long please mak sure you wear sport shoes or walking boots
